Shipping Policy

At Athletics Area, we strive to deliver your order quickly and carefully. Below, you'll find all the details about our shipping methods, delivery times, and shipping costs.


1. Delivery Time

  • Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1-3 business days.
  • The estimated delivery time is 2-5 business days after shipping, depending on your location.
  • During busy periods, such as holidays or special promotions, delivery times may be slightly longer. We will do our best to keep you informed in such cases.

2. Shipping Costs

  • Free Shipping: Free shipping on orders over €70.
  • Shipping Fees: For orders under €70, standard shipping costs apply.
  • International Shipping: Different rates apply for shipping outside the Netherlands and Belgium.

3. Order Processing

  • Orders placed on business days before 3:00 PM are processed the same day.
  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

4. Track Your Order

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number so you can follow your package. This way, you'll know exactly when to expect your delivery.


5. Not Home at Delivery

If you're not home at the time of delivery, the courier will leave a message with instructions for a second delivery attempt or collection at a nearby pickup point.


6. Damaged or Missing Packages

Did you receive a damaged package or is something missing from your order? Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your package at cs@athleticsarea.eu, and we’ll provide a prompt solution.


7. Changes to Shipping

Made an error in your delivery address or need to change your order? Contact us as soon as possible at cs@athleticsarea.eu. We’ll do our best to make the necessary changes, but please note that we cannot guarantee adjustments if your order has already been processed.
