You have 30 days to return an item, starting from the day you receive your order. Ensure that the item is unworn, unwashed, and in its original packaging.

How to Return a Product

1. Register your return: Email cs@athleticsarea.eu with your order number and the item you wish to return.
2. Ship your return: We will send you return instructions via email. Please note that the shipping costs for returns are at the customer’s expense.
3. Pack your return: Ensure the item is safely packaged in its original packaging.
4. Send it back: Drop off the package at a post office or parcel point near you.

Costs and Processing Time

• Shipping Costs: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
• Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process a refund of the purchase amount within 5-7 business days. Depending on your bank, it may take a few additional days for the amount to appear in your account.
