Story Policy
What is the delivery time for my order?
We aim to deliver your order within 1-3 business days via post. Once your package has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number, allowing you to track your order.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Once your order is placed, we start processing it immediately. Unfortunately, this means it’s not possible to change or cancel your order. However, you can return the items within 30 days.
How do I use a discount code?
Enter your discount code in the "Discount Code" field at checkout and click "Apply." The discount will be immediately applied to your total order.
My size is sold out, what now?
No worries! Send us an email at cs@athleticsarea.eu, and we'll add you to the waitlist. We'll notify you as soon as your size is back in stock.

Can I pay for my order later?
Yes, you can choose to pay up to 30 days after receiving your order with Klarna. This gives you the flexibility to settle your payment when it suits you best.

Can I receive an invoice for my order?

Returns
What is your return policy?
You can return your order within 30 days, provided the items are unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging. Contact us at cs@athleticsarea.eu to register your return, and we’ll assist you with the instructions.
Are returns free?
To maintain a fair and sustainable price for everyone, shipping returns are not free. However, the products are 100% refundable if they are in good condition and unworn. Please email us at cs@athleticsarea.eu, and we’ll assist you with the return process.
How long does it take to receive my refund?
Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we will refund the purchase amount to your account within 5-7 business days. Depending on your bank, it may take a few additional days for the refund to appear in your account.
